Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

We are a manufacturer specializing in permanent makeup and beauty eyelashes for over 18 years.

Does your factory accommodate visits from customers?

Yes, we are located in Baiyun District, Guangzhou. We welcome your visit, please do make an appointment with our customer service in advance.

What guarantees do you have for the quality of your products?

Some of our products have certificates, for example, our professional eyelash lifting kit have MSDS certificates, our professional rotary tattoo machine and microblade supplies have CE certificates,our tattoo pigment have CE, MSDS, REACH certificates, details you can contact us to learn more.

Sample

Can I have samples before my order?

Yes, we can provide samples before you place your order. Please note that there might be a nominal charge for the samples, and you'll be responsible for the shipping costs.

For customized products,we may charge fee of sample, sample charge will be refundable upon confirmation of the order.

Customized service

What customization services do you offer?

We can accommodate various customization such as personalized products, custom formulas, custom designs, custom packaging, private labeling etc.

What information do I need to provide to start the cooperation process?

You need to provide your company information, product needs, customization requirements, cooperation intentions and other relevant information.

What if I can't reach the custom minimum order quantity?

We have a minimum order quantity requirement for customized products, which depends on the printing or process or raw material production. The minimum order quantity is calculated separately for each design style. If your order quantity is less than the minimum order quantity, we suggest that you can first order the outer packaging or raw materials according to the minimum order quantity, and then order the finished products in batches, so that your packaging or raw materials can be used in multiple orders.

Can I get samples first for customization?

Yes, we support sample orders. Since your customization is different from regular goods, we may need to produce or process it separately, so we need to charge a corresponding sample fee, which can be refunded when you place a formal order.

Are there any additional charges for customized services?

Customized services may be subject to appropriate customization fees based on your specific requirements, which can be negotiated with our sales team.

Payment

What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept various payment methods including T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), Western Union, Credit cards, Alipay, WeChat, and more.

What is your order deposit policy?

Normally, we advocate 100% prepayment to ensure transaction efficiency and the interests of both parties. However, in response to your concerns during the transaction, we also provide a flexible deposit payment policy with a deposit ratio between 30% and 50%. Specifically, for standard goods orders, the deposit ratio is 30%; for customized orders, the deposit ratio is 50% to ensure the smooth progress of the customization process and the balance of interests of both parties.

Do you support pay on delivery?

In order to ensure the security of transactions, improve order service efficiency and speed up the turnover of the company's funds, we have adopted a more secure prepayment method. Therefore, we currently do not support pay on delivery.

What currencies are supported for payment?

All of our transactions are based in US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction. If you have a shipping agent in China who can help you pay in RMB, your order total will be calculated in RMB based on the daily exchange rate.

Logistics

What are the shipping options?

Express freight: typically handled by courier companies like UPS, FedEx, and DHL, offering a fast and door-to-door service.

Land freight: typically involving truck or rail transport.

Sea freight: particularly suitable for bulk orders and products with less time-sensitive requirements.

Air freight: for time-sensitive goods.

When will my order ship?

We ship from our warehouse in Guangzhou, China. The standard order preparing time is typically 5-7 days.

Customization or Production: If the product needs to be customized or produced, the shipping time will depend on the production cycle, which may take 7 days to several weeks.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email or other contact methods for all orders.

How long can I get my goods?

Different shipping methods have different delivery times. The typical delivery time for express shipping is 7-10 business days, while sea and train shipping usually takes 30-60 business days.

Can you provide DDP service?

We provide DDP by air and DDP by sea to some countries, such as the United States, Mexico, Australia, the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United Arab Emirates, Russia, and Southeast Asia. Please contact us for more details.

If I have a freight forwarder in China, can you deliver to them?

Yes, we are located in Guangzhou, China. You can provide us with the freight forwarder's address and we will calculate the freight after checking. If your freight forwarder informs that relevant fees are required for delivery, we will calculate and charge you the relevant fees (such as warehousing fees, weighing fees, unloading fees, etc.).

After sales support

What after-sales services do you have?

We provide warranty for microblading machines, microblading pigments, microblading needles, microblading aftercare, tattoo numbing cream, eyelash glue, and eyelash lift kits within the shelf life. Proof of purchase and batch number are required to apply for warranty.

For microblading machines, non-human damage, all tattoo machines have a one-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase.

Warranty service is only for quality problems caused by non-human factors while the product is still within the shelf life. Product deterioration and product failure caused by improper operation or storage are not covered by the warranty.

What do I do if I have missing items in my order?

If you discover any discrepancies in your delivery, such as missing or incorrect items, please contact us via our 'Contact Us' page within 5 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the incorrect item(s), and a photo if possible.We will provide a replacement or issue a refund.

What do I do if the shipment got damages?

A damaged item is typically defined as a broken product that is fractured, shattered, bent, crushed, or leaking. To ensure quality control, we require evidence of damage in the form of photos and videos. For any damaged items, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund.If your damaged package was shipped by a freight forwarder, we will not be held responsible for it.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. In the event of an incorrect address provided during the order process, we need to submit an address change application to the courier company, which will be charged a corresponding address change fee and takes 1-3 working days. We will apply to the shipping company for address change after you pay us the address change fee. The address change fee is subject to the shipping company's bill.

How to deal with product quality problems?

If you find that there are quality problems with your product, please contact our customer service team immediately and provide relevant evidence, we will handle it and provide you with a solution as soon as possible.

What should I do if I am not satisfied with the product results?

If you are not satisfied with the product or its results, please contact our customer service team immediately and provide relevant evidence. We will handle the issue as soon as possible and provide you with a solution.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Any cancellation made after an order has been placed, will be subject to a cancellation fee regardless of the time the order has been placed (even if it is just a second later) as the merchant processor/credit card charges us a fee for cancellations.

Please note that any orders that have already been packed, produced or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Lash lift kit

How long does the lifting effect last?

On average, the lash lifting effect lasts for 2-3 months, depending on the clients eyelashes individual differences and the time you takes for lash lift procedure of soften (perm lotion) and set (neutralizer).

Does the perming lotion contain the ingredient “Cysteamine” ?

Yes, some formulas contain the ingredient “Cysteamine”, then some contain the ingredient “Thioglycolic acid”. The active ingredient of the perming lotion is a reducing agent, which acts to break the disulfide bonds in the eyelash. Commonly used reducing agents are Thioglycolic acid and Cysteamine. Compare to Cysteamine, Thioglycolic acid has a strong reducing power.

Does the neutralizer contain the ingredient “Sodium Bromate” ?

Yes. The active ingredient of the neutralizer is an oxidant agent, which reconnects the disulfide bonds in the eyelashes that were broken by the perming lotion. Commonly used oxidants are sodium bromate and hydrogen peroxide. Sodium bromate works best at a neutral pH value, and can achieve a firm, elastic styling effect.

What is the MOQ for customization?

For logo customization, the MOQ is 2000 kits; for other in-depth customization, the MOQ will be based on your specific requirements.

How long is your production time?

For general orders, we usually complete production in 10-15 days after you confirm the order details and process the deposit. For bulk orders, the production time may be extended to 20-30 days.

How long does the lifting effect last?
