Art Cosmetic initially approached us regarding best permanent makeup pigment that could be used with both 3d microblading pen and machine for permanent makeup, and requested a color chart. We recommended dual-use powder tattoo ink and provided a color chart for reference. They was very interested after viewing the color chart and selected seven color samples for trial. After testing our powder ink samples with a customer, Art Cosmetic was highly impressed. Whether it was the prowder brow or lip blush pigment for permanent makeup, they were easy to apply and had excellent color development. They also shared videos of their customers' tattoo results with us.

After trial, Art Cosmetic requested a custom branded label pigment for microblading, selecting five eyebrow colors and providing custom specifications. We provided an MOQ based on these requirements. Because the label design involved a silver foil printing process, the minimum order quantity was relatively large, at least 1,000 pieces. However, Art Cosmetic suggested starting with a small batch tattoo pigment for this initial collaboration. We proposed an alternative: to customize 1,000 labels first and then order in batches, a plan they agreed to.

Art Cosmetic also inquired about the possibility of changing the bottle. Because our semi permanent makeup pigments is powdery, the original bottle design included beads to help with mixing tattoo pigment. Without the beads, the pigment would easily separate and cling to the bottle, making it difficult to manually mix evenly. After careful discussion, the customer opted for the original bottle design.

Once the design was confirmed, we began production and delivered on time. Art Cosmetic's after-sales feedback is that the customized eyebrow microblading pigment is very perfect and the market feedback is very good. They expressed the hope for further cooperation and plan to customize the microblading eyebrow blade. The specific details are still under negotiation.
