Are these pigments safe for human body?
Yes, absolutely safe, we go through layers of screening and rigorous testing of every ingredient to ensure that it is non-toxic and harmless. Our pigments are CE and REACH certified and comply with EU regulations.
Will the pigments turn red, orange, blue, or purple when deposited into the skin ?
They won't. Because we use high-quality ingredients and focus on color balance, lightfastness, and pigment concentration, our shades only lighten slightly as they heal. They will never change color.
What is the color retention rate and color retention time of the pigment?
QM pigments have a higher retention rate than most other tattoo ink brands on the market. With nearly 20 years of microblading pigment permanent makeup formulation experience, the color retention rate of the pigment can be as high as 99%, and the color retention time is generally 3-5 years.
What after-sales services do you have？
We provide warranty for microblading machines, microblading pigments, microblading needles, microblading aftercare, tattoo numbing cream, eyelash glue, and eyelash lift kits within the shelf life. Proof of purchase and batch number are required to apply for warranty.
For microblading machines, non-human damage, all tattoo machines have a one-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase.
Warranty service is only for quality problems caused by non-human factors while the product is still within the shelf life. Product deterioration and product failure caused by improper operation or storage are not covered by the warranty.
