We told her that we could produce and provided the MOQ and quote. After checking the quote, the customer told us that she needed to customize 1000 sets.

2. The process of discussing the details of customer needs

After the customer confirmed the customized quantity, she needed us to provide a design outlay to her designer for design. We provided her with a design outlay that included every component of the box set.

Later, the customer sent us her design, and we discussed the design printing effect. The customer wanted both the box and the sticker to have a hot stamping effect. Later, she sent us a new design.

3. Sample making and sample sending process

We made samples according to the customer's design, and we sent the sample video to her on July 19. After reviewing the sample video, the customer told us that she needed to modify the phrase on the box.

4. The process of the customer being satisfied with the sample and placing an order

After confirming the design, the customer asked us for the specific production time. We told her that it would take about 10 days to complete the production. The customer paid the deposit on the same day, and we started the production the next day. We completed the production on August 25 and arranged the shipment after the customer paid the final payment.
